Role & responsibilities 1. Creating and implementing quality control procedures, including testing protocols and methodologies. 2. Managing a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance and training, and ensuring they follow established procedures. 3. Performing or overseeing product testing, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Conducting internal audits, maintaining quality control documentation, and preparing reports. 4. Working with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to address quality concerns and improve processes.
