Revenue Operations Lead Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead plays a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining a companys revenue-generating processes. Responsibilities span across various areas, focusing on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive efficient and predictable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that the RevOps strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives. Working closely with sales leadership to align revenue goals with organizational priorities. Process Optimization: Analyzing and refining sales, marketing, and customer success processes. Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to improve efficiency. Implementing process improvements to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity. Data Management and Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting revenue data to identify trends and insights. Creating and maintaining revenue-related dashboards and reports. Using data to drive informed decision-making. Performing data quality assurance. Technology and Systems Management: Overseeing the implementation and management of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other RevOps technologies. Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a highly skilled Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize our Zoho suite of applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of our Zoho platform, specifically CRM and Analytics in support of our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a strong understanding and experience with Zoho applications, the ability to understand our sales process and apply that understanding to solutions configuration and modification and the and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities: Zoho System Administration: Configure and maintain all Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity. Implement and maintain workflows, automation rules, and custom functions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications. Customization and Development: Customize Zoho applications to meet specific business requirements. Develop and implement custom modules, fields, layouts, and reports. Utilize Zoho Creator (or other relevant Zoho development tools) to build custom applications and integrations. Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party systems. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho applications. Create and maintain documentation for Zoho processes and procedures. Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving issues. Act as the primary point of contact for Zoho-related inquiries. Data Management and Reporting: Manage data imports, exports, and migrations. Develop and generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure data accuracy and consistency. Implement data backup and recovery procedures. Project Management: Participate in the planning and implementation of new Zoho projects and initiatives.
