Asst. Manager Purchase/ Procurement

• We are hiring for a position Purchase.
• Qualification required: B.com graduate with basic knowledge of accounts and tally is must .
• Work experience : Minimum 4 years to 8 years.
• Experience in Tally is must
• Responsibilities : Managing daily accounting of purchase
• Additional Skills : The candidate must be young and smart worker (eager of learning things in a fast phase),

. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

· Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best

· Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock
as necessary.

· Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies
immediately.

· Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

· Coordinating with the Vendor and transporters for following up on
delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

· Establishing professional relationships vendors and suppliers.

· Need a good knowledge of Purchase to Pay Process .

Purchasing Executive Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree( NO BE/ B Tech)

· Previous experience in a similar position.

· Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.

· Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
