The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, implement and maintain production schedules, manage workflows, and ensure that goals for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are met. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills Knowledge of production planning, workflows, and process optimization Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and standards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in a manufacturing or production management role
