Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Ludhiana. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, implement and maintain production schedules, manage workflows, and ensure that goals for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are met. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of production planning, workflows, and process optimization
• Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production management role
