Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Superstar based in Zirakpur. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting the company's renewable energy products, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about the latest industry trends and market conditions. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to representing the company and its innovative energy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Business development, customer relationship management, and client engagement experience
  • Knowledge of renewable energy products, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in using sales management and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in renewable energy or technology sales (advantageous)
