Engage with parents via Phone Call/ Zoom/Google Meet to understand their child’s learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Effectively present program offerings and address queries to drive enrolment and conversions. Its a revenue-generating or customer-facing role. Conduct cold calls to prospective leads and maintain a steady pipeline of follow-ups. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills over virtual platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Prior experience in EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.
