💼 Your Role: Business Development Associate

As a BDA, you’ll be the first point of contact for students who want to level up their careers.

Your job?

👉 Understand their goals

👉 Guide them honestly

👉 Help them enroll in the right course

👉 Close deals that actually change lives

This is consultative sales, not random calling.




What You’ll Do

📞 Talk. Understand. Convert.

Speak with students over calls & WhatsApp and build instant rapport

Understand their career goals, fears, and expectations

Recommend the right course based on what actually suits them

Handle objections with confidence and empathy

🧾 Guide Them Till Enrollment

Explain course details, pricing, and payment plans clearly

Help students complete enrollment without confusion

Follow up consistently (without being pushy)

📊 Own Your Numbers

Maintain clean lead data and follow-ups on Sheets/CRM

Track conversations, conversions, and daily performance

Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets like a pro

🔄 Manage Your Sales Pipeline

Work on fresh leads, follow-ups, referrals, and warm prospects

Update lead stages honestly and in real time

Keep your pipeline active, organised, and conversion-ready

🤝 Be the Student’s Go-To Person

Coordinate between students and the ops team post-enrollment

Ensure smooth communication and a great student experience

Document everything clearly and professionally
