Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant, located in Rudrapur. The Business Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze business operations, and provide tailored solutions for growth and efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed business analyses, offering actionable recommendations, facilitating workshops or meetings with clients, and supporting implementation of strategies to align business performance with goals. Additionally, the role involves communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a focus on creating and implementing effective business strategies Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate discussions with stakeholders Knowledge of Finance and business operations, with the ability to work within budgetary constraints and identify financial opportunities Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred
