Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur for a Program Counselor. The Program Counselor will assist prospective students in identifying suitable training programs, provide guidance throughout the enrollment process, and address inquiries related to courses. Responsibilities include maintaining student records, conducting follow-ups with enrollees, and collaborating with program teams to deliver an exceptional experience. Building strong relationships and supporting students in their learning pathways is a core aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and respond to diverse student needs
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Candidate must have previous experience in Ed-tech Sector
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for record-keeping and follow-ups
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including MS Office and CRM platforms
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of professional training or learning solutions is an advantage
• Previous experience in counseling, client service, or education is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counselling, or Business
