Job Responsibilities: β Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state of the art programs across domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing. β Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media. β Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments. β Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline β Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management. β Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure. β Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded. Skill Required: β Proved experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads β Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first! β High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management β Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels β Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face). β Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers β Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills Show more Show less
