Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Academic Counselorf. The Senior Academic Counselorf will be responsible for guiding students in their academic journeys, offering career advice, providing support in skill development, and helping students to connect with recruitment partners. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, developing academic plans, coordinating with industry experts, and organizing career development workshops. salary: 7-10 LPA Qualifications Strong background in academic counseling, student guidance, and career planning Excellent organizational and planning skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry partners Experience with E-learning platforms and career assist services Proficiency in analyzing data to understand student needs and outcomes Experience in the education sector, especially in higher education and career development, is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Show more Show less
