Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resource Executive at our company in Meerut, you will play a crucial role in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Your proactive and organized approach will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Assist in the preparation of HR policies, offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation. - Support employee training, performance reviews, and appraisals. - Lead employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance resolutions effectively. - Facilitate smooth coordination between management and staff members. - Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with HR regulations. - Monitor probation periods, issue confirmation letters, and manage employee exit processes. - Collaborate with departments for effective manpower planning and fulfilling staffing needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply). - Profound understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment platforms. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. In addition to the above, the company offers a fixed salary with yearly increments based on performance, opportunities for growth in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and professional development and training support. Please note that the job is full-time and on-site in Meerut with working hours from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) and a salary range of 15,000 - 20,000 per month.,
