Human Resources Specialist

You have an urgent requirement for the position of Executive/Sr Executive/Manager- Human Resource in Jodhpur location. As Sr. Executive/Associate Manager/Manager- Human Resource, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves sourcing candidates from various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Coordinating joining formalities for new employees to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. - Handling exit formalities for outgoing employees professionally. - Developing HR strategies and policies to align with the business objectives. - Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements related to human resources. - Managing Leave and Attendance effectively. - Addressing employee grievances and handling documentation of new joiners. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 3-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a related field. - A strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
