Role Overview: As a Human Resources Specialist based in Indore, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your role will also involve handling employee benefits administration, creating and implementing HR policies, and providing support for personnel management activities. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions, maintain HR records, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
