* Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, documents, contracts).
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
* Conduct induction/orientation programs for new hires.
* Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict management.
* Plan and execute employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
* Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
* Manage monthly payroll processing including attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions.
* Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and maintain confidentiality of employee compensation data.
* Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements.
* Maintain all payroll-related documentation and respond to audits or employee queries.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, equipment, maintenance).
* Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and office logistics.
* Support leadership in managing travel bookings, meetings, and internal events.
* Handle employee attendance systems and ID/access management.
* Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety standards in the workplace.
