Job Description: Nway Technologies is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Support Department as a Support Specialist. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to all employees. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will also be required to identify areas for process improvements and enhancements, implementing changes to ensure compliance and best practices. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a related field, and possess a minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in a similar role. The position is based in Indore. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support and guidance to all employees. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. - Identify areas for process improvements and enhancements. - Implement changes to ensure compliance and best practices. - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance. - Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and time and attendance systems. - Knowledge of income tax provisions, EPF Act, ESI Act, and Professional Tax Act. - Collaborate with internal teams to address employee queries and support.
