Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of proven expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our custom CMS, CRM for conversion tracking and centralized data management, and web scraping tools to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a custom CMS and CRM platform tailored to business needs. Implement conversion tracking, reporting dashboards, and centralized data pipelines for real-time insights. Develop and manage web scraping tools for competitor analysis, market research, and data enrichment. Ensure performance, scalability, and security across web applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platforms. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer . Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue). Expertise in backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar). Solid knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with API development, integration, and third-party services . Hands-on knowledge of web scraping tools and libraries (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Puppeteer, etc.). Familiarity with cloud hosting services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience working in agile development environments. Nice to Have Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) .
