Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive ROI and improve customer acquisition costs
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution modelling.

Content Strategy & SEO

• Create and execute content strategies that drive organic growth and engagement
• Optimize website and content for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility
• Develop high-converting landing pages and marketing copy

Data-Driven Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct comprehensive A/B testing
• Use analytics insights to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations

Multi-Channel Strategy

• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and paid advertising
• Develop cohesive customer journeys that maximize lifetime value
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Analysis
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing Automation
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Additional Requirements:

• Previous salary slip mandatory as proof of experience/salary
• EdTech industry experience preferred
