About the Role:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Policy Development:

  • Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks that align with organizational goals and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management system including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and support continuous feedback and development culture.
  • Employee Relations:

  • Foster a healthy and collaborative workplace environment by resolving employee grievances, conducting disciplinary procedures, and supporting conflict resolution.
  • Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and drive productivity.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Administer and optimize C&B structure, ensure timely payroll processing, and manage incentive and reward programs.
  • Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR-related regulations, including audits, documentation, and liaison with legal advisors.
  • HR Operations:

  • Supervise HR operations including attendance, leave, HRMS, MIS reporting, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organizational Development:

  • Work closely with leadership to drive organizational culture, change management, and internal communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or service sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
