The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales planning. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients requiring recruitment and staffing services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and hiring authorities. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Strategic Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and hiring trends. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with recruitment teams to align client requirements with candidate placements. Mentor and guide junior sales and business development staff.
