Responsibilities:

● Generate Quality Talent Leads: Build and execute a structured framework to consistently

attract, evaluate, and convert high-quality candidates for each open position; establish

measurable parameters to assess the quality of hires across departments.

● Execute the Organization’s Talent Strategy: Translate the company’s HR and people

roadmap into measurable hiring, retention, and development outcomes aligned with

business objectives.

● Collaborate with Department Heads: Conduct competency mapping with function leads to

define role specifications, success metrics, and hiring priorities for each open position.

● Drive the Full Recruitment and Exit Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end employee journey —

from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to conducting structured exit

processes including handovers, feedback collection, and knowledge transfer — ensuring

every hire and exit strengthens organizational culture, continuity, and performance.

● Ensure Legal and Policy Compliance: Regularly audit and update HR policies to maintain full

compliance with central, state, and local employment laws, minimizing legal and

reputational risk.

● Lead Employee Relations and Discipline: Investigate grievances and misconduct cases

objectively, recommend corrective actions, and manage terminations in adherence to

company policy and due process.

● Enhance Organizational Structure and Morale: Recommend restructuring, team

realignments, and employee engagement initiatives to boost efficiency, communication,

and workplace morale.

● Align Individual Goals with Business Vision: Ensure each employee’s KPIs and

responsibilities directly contribute to departmental and organizational goals, fostering

ownership and accountability.

● Implement Learning & Development Programs: Develop targeted training modules and

orientation programs that accelerate capability building, improve retention, and strengthen

the employer brand.


Qualifications & Desired Skills:

● Candidates with a minimum 2 years of work experience in HR domain

● Good management and leadership knowledge

● Being patient and empathic towards employees before making any judgements

● Ability to assign responsibilities to others as required and prioritize tasks

● Thorough understanding of the rules and legislation governing employment

● Take charge of all company-wide HR issues including but not limited to hiring, performance

evaluations, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, as well as learning and development
