Responsibilities

• Manage

  PF, ESI, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance

  .
• Handle

  employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

  .
• Lead

  recruitment and onboarding

  for office staff and factory/warehouse workers.
• Maintain

  attendance and leave systems

  .
• Support and implement

  HR policies

  .
• Conduct

  training sessions and employee engagement activities

  .
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;

  MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

  .

• 3–5 years of experience

  as HR Generalist/HR Officer.
• Experience managing both

  white- and blue-collar employees

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian labor laws and statutory filings

  .
• Good communication skills in

  Hindi & English

  .
• Willing to work full-time from

  Narsinghpur

  .

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with

  HRMS/attendance/payroll software

  .
• Experience in

  manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or eCommerce

  .
• Strong conflict resolution and people-management skills.
