What You’ll Do

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
  • Manage

    PF, ESI, labor laws, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance

    .
  • Drive recruitment & onboarding for both white- and blue-collar staff.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and HR policy implementation.
  • Organize employee training & engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR records, MIS, and support audits.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience

    (manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication in

    Hindi & English

    .
  • Ability to handle both office and shop-floor employees.
  • Must be willing to work full-time from

    Narsinghpur

    .
