Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and scale our human resources function as we grow to 350+ employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities, capable of building robust HR systems, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet rapid growth targets
  • Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
  • Establish employer branding initiatives
  • HR Operations & Compliance

    Implement and manage HRMS (KEKA or equivalent)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Employee Engagement & Culture

    Design and execute engagement programs to maintain high morale
  • Monitor and improve eNPS and engagement scores
  • Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Performance & Learning Management

    Establish performance management frameworks and KPIs
  • Design and implement L&D programs for skill development
  • Drive internal mobility and succession planning
  • Strategic HR Leadership

    Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Provide data-driven insights on workforce metrics
  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing organization (200+ employees)
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology, HRMS platforms, and analytics
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
