We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making across departments like Marketing, Sales, Academics, and Product. You will play a pivotal role in identifying trends, measuring performance, and providing actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources (CRM, LMS, Marketing platforms, etc.)
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and campaign performance
Provide actionable insights to support marketing strategies, student engagement, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand user behavior, academic performance, and sales trends
Maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and cleaning procedures
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
Support A/B testing and performance analysis of various academic and marketing initiatives

Key Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
