Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating with department heads on staffing needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves strategizing employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs to support organizational growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Mediation Experience in Training, Performance Management, and Organizational Development Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Regulations, and HR Policies Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership abilities Analytical skills for interpreting data related to HR metrics and decision-making Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus) Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries is advantageous
