Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources management, recruitment, and operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong decision-maker who can communicate effectively with teams, handle operational responsibilities, and drive HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, managing HR operations, and ensuring the overall health of the company’s HR function. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Communication: Lead and manage a small to medium-sized HR team, providing guidance and mentoring. Maintain open communication with leadership and employees to foster a positive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team is aligned with organizational goals. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure an efficient hiring process. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Manage external recruitment agencies when necessary. HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labour laws. Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and data management. Ensure proper administration of compensation and benefits, leave policies, and attendance systems. Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Administer performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal setting. Policy Development & Compliance: Review and update HR policies in accordance with current legal standards and best practices. Ensure company policies are effectively communicated and followed by employees. Conduct training on HR policies, ethics, and compliance for employees and managers. Decision Making & Strategic HR Initiatives: Make strong, data-driven HR decisions to support the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Implement HR strategies and solutions that support business goals. Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential challenges. Provide strategic advice to senior management regarding HR issues, including staffing, culture, and organizational development. Employee Engagement & Retention: Create and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Develop retention strategies to minimize turnover and ensure a productive and motivated workforce. Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Training & Development: Identify training and development needs across the organization. Develop and implement employee development programs that enhance skills and career growth. Foster a learning culture by organizing workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5-6 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment, operations, and team management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus). Strong Decision Making: Ability to make independent, well-informed decisions and manage HR challenges effectively. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing a team and motivating employees towards achieving organizational goals. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. HR Operations Knowledge: Understanding of HR systems, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues and handle HR crises effectively. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Familiarity with labour laws, HR compliance, and employee rights. Proficient in HR Software: Experience with HRMS or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to manage employee conflicts and mediate in difficult situations to maintain harmony. Additional Information: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
