Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative with a strong background in customer service and an understanding of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer support, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a proactive approach to solving customer issues. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and an operational mindset to support efficient handling and resolution of customer inquiries.
