Plan and execute multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications).
Segment customers by behavior, purchase history, and engagement levels for personalized communication.
Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and iterate for better results.
Work with creative teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and brand-consistent.
Analyze customer feedback and transactional data to improve touchpoints across the customer journey.
Work closely with analytics/marketing teams to convert insights into actionable strategies.
Own post-purchase communication to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Resolve escalated customer issues empathetically and efficiently.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on behavioral and transactional data.
Partner with creative teams to develop engaging and conversion-focused campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet performance benchmarks.
