Role Summary:

Senior E-commerce Executive


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce Operations & Strategy

· Oversee all product listings, content, pricing, and promotions across brand website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).

· Manage inventory health, order flow, return rates, and platform compliance.

· Monitor daily sales, revenue targets, and platform KPIs.


Performance Marketing

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to build funnel strategies and A/B test creatives and landing pages.


P&L Ownership

P&L responsibility

· Track ROI of campaigns, monitor CAC, and ensure contribution margins are met.

· Drive profitability through pricing, bundling, and cost optimizations.


Quick Commerce Channel Management

Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart

· Strategize product assortment and fulfilment models suited to quick commerce logistics.

· Ensure rapid turnaround time on campaigns and promotions.


Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination

· Manage a small team of executives or interns for tasks like cataloging, performance reporting, and customer response.

· Work closely with supply chain, content, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

· Liaise with platform account managers to secure deals and improve brand visibility.


Customer Experience & Brand Building

· Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics across platforms.

· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell product bundles based on buyer behavior.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or E-commerce. MBA preferred.

· 3–6 years of e-commerce experience (D2C and marketplace).
