· Oversee all product listings, content, pricing, and promotions across brand website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
· Manage inventory health, order flow, return rates, and platform compliance.
· Monitor daily sales, revenue targets, and platform KPIs.
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to build funnel strategies and A/B test creatives and landing pages.
· Track ROI of campaigns, monitor CAC, and ensure contribution margins are met.
· Drive profitability through pricing, bundling, and cost optimizations.
· Strategize product assortment and fulfilment models suited to quick commerce logistics.
· Ensure rapid turnaround time on campaigns and promotions.
· Manage a small team of executives or interns for tasks like cataloging, performance reporting, and customer response.
· Work closely with supply chain, content, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
· Liaise with platform account managers to secure deals and improve brand visibility.
· Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics across platforms.
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
· Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell product bundles based on buyer behavior.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or E-commerce. MBA preferred.
· 3–6 years of e-commerce experience (D2C and marketplace).
· Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub.
· Advanced skills in Excel, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
· Highly organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
· Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive growth targets.
· Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
