E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment and RTO-related issues
• Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory accordingly
• Respond to safety claims and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Support third-party sellers and vendors on operational queries
• Process reimbursements and maintain accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of daily e-commerce operations

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce Executive
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify platforms
• Good understanding of online retail workflows and inventory management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor’s degree in business, E-commerce, or a related field (Preferred)
