Job Description

Job Summary:

The Web / E-Commerce Executive supports the growth of the fashion brand’s online business by managing the website, optimizing product listings, and executing digital campaigns to boost traffic, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update the e-commerce website, ensuring all product information, images, and pricing are accurate.
Oversee online merchandising, promotions, and seasonal content to reflect brand trends.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for new collection launches and digital campaigns.
Monitor website performance, analytics, and customer journey to improve conversion rates.
Support customer service and logistics to ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, or related field.
2–3 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience in fashion or retail.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
Strong eye for fashion trends, visual content, and brand aesthetics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
