Retail Marketing Associate- Brand Promotion

You will be working as a Retail Marketing Associate for Sneakare, a premium shoe care brand in India, located in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. Sneakare is known for offering high-quality cleaning, protection, and maintenance products for sneakers and footwear. As part of the marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to execute on-ground promotional activities across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) retail formats. Your key responsibilities will include engaging in consumer interaction and conducting product sampling at malls, retail outlets, and high-footfall areas. You will educate potential customers about Sneakare products, distribute sample kits or demos, and address any queries or objections confidently. Additionally, you will support visibility and sampling activities at local general stores and collaborate with shop owners to ensure proper product placement and branding. In the Modern Trade (MT) sector, you will coordinate with store staff and managers at outlets like malls and large shoe retailers to set up sampling booths. Your role will involve executing clean and professional in-store activations that align with Sneakare's premium brand image, while also tracking footfall and gathering basic customer feedback. You will be responsible for maintaining daily records of locations visited, people engaged, and product samples used. It is essential to ensure the availability and cleanliness of demo kits, branding material, and sample stock. Furthermore, you will report feedback, trends, and opportunities from the field to the marketing team. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotion, or retail sales. Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English are required, along with an outgoing, confident, and presentable personality. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be able to travel locally within Delhi NCR. Basic knowledge or interest in sneakers, shoe care, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.
