Job Summary

The HR Manager will handle end-to-end HR operations for designated group companies within Saboo RKS Group. This includes recruitment, onboarding, HR processes, documentation, performance tracking support, and employee coordination. The role is geared toward maintaining smooth HR operations at the corporate level while supporting smaller and mid-sized entities within the Group.

The position requires someone organised, dependable, good with follow-ups, and capable of managing HR responsibilities across varied teams and roles. This is an execution-focused role that ensures HR processes run efficiently and consistently within the assigned entities.


Roles & Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment for assigned group entities across roles.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, and timely joining of candidates.
  • Conduct structured onboarding and ensure seamless induction for new hires.
  • Maintain updated manpower plans and hiring trackers for respective entities.


B. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation (offers, confirmations, increments, exits).
  • Manage attendance, leave records, monthly HRIS inputs, and coordination for payroll.
  • Ensure smooth processing of employee requests and HR-related workflows.
  • Standardise processes across the entities handled and ensure policy compliance.


C. Performance Tracking & Review Support

  • Assist in defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics for the roles within assigned entities.
  • Support leadership in conducting periodic performance reviews.
  • Coordinate probation evaluations, confirmations, and role clarifications.


D. Employee Engagement & Workplace Coordination

  • Maintain employee morale through structured engagement and communication.
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and basic grievance handling.
  • Support in building a professional, transparent, and disciplined work environment.


E. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, documentation standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with the HR Head for audits, policy updates, and improvements.
  • Maintain leave registers, compliance records, and employee files as required.


F. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare monthly HR MIS, manpower summaries, attrition reports, and HR operations dashboards.
  • Coordinate with the HR Head and leadership on HR-linked matters for assigned entities.
  • Provide timely updates to senior management on key HR activities and priorities.


Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred


Work Experience

  • 3–6 years of HR operations experience
  • Experience managing HR for small to mid-sized teams or multi-role setups preferred
  • Exposure to corporate HR, hospitality, marketing, services, or admin-oriented roles is beneficial


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS operations, and documentation
  • Good Excel and Google Suite skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple entities and functions
