Job Summary The Head – Investment & Asset Management will lead the evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and management of all investments and assets across the Saboo RKS Group. This includes equity portfolios, debt instruments, alternatives, PMS/AIF mandates, structured products, wealth manager-managed portfolios, real estate assets, and strategic business investments. The role requires strong financial acumen, an ability to work across multiple asset classes, robust analytical capabilities, and a disciplined approach to tracking performance and risk. The position ensures that all investments across all group entities are monitored, reviewed, benchmarked, and reported accurately. Roles & Responsibilities A. Investment Evaluation & Capital Allocation Identify and evaluate opportunities across asset classes including: Equities, Debt instruments (bonds, NCDs, company deposits, credit products), Alternative investments (AIFs, PE/VC, alternative credit, structured notes), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, Real estate projects, Strategic investments (JV, acquisitions, partnerships). Conduct due diligence, valuation modelling, financial projections, and risk assessment. Prepare investment memos, IC notes, and capital allocation proposals. B. Portfolio Management Across Asset Classes Maintain a consolidated investment dashboard for all group entities. Track performance of all financial investments Monitor returns, IRR, XIRR, drawdowns, benchmarks, and portfolio deviations. Flag underperformance and recommend corrective actions or reallocations. Maintain real-time visibility of portfolio allocation across asset types and risk levels. C. Coordination With Wealth Managers & Financial Institutions Manage relationships with PMS houses, AIF managers, bankers, wealth managers, and investment advisors. Conduct periodic review calls with wealth managers to assess performance, strategy, and outlook. Evaluate new products, mandates, and offerings presented by financial institutions. D. Real Estate & Operating Asset Management Track rental yields, IRR, ROCE, cash flows, occupancy, capex, and asset health. Maintain asset-wise financial models and long-term projections. Coordinate with legal, architects, consultants, and project teams for approvals, documentation, and investment tracking. E. Strategic Finance & Capital Projects Support feasibility analysis for new projects and ventures. Build financial models for new business proposals (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivities). F. Reporting, MIS & Leadership Reviews Prepare monthly and quarterly investment and asset reports for leadership. Maintain MIS dashboards covering performance, allocation, risk, and returns.
