HR Manager

Location: Remote (Dubai HQ)

Role Overview

Radarblock is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to build, own, and lead our people operations as we scale. As the first dedicated HR hire, you will work directly with the leadership team to shape a high-performance, people-first culture while ensuring operational excellence across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy development.


This is a full-spectrum HR role, ideal for someone with strong foundations in both strategy and execution. The right candidate thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, and brings exposure to global best practices from top-tier professional services or consulting firms.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: draft JDs, coordinate sourcing, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
  • Standardize onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Maintain a clean, updated database of candidate pipelines, interview records, and onboarding checklists.


People Operations

  • Oversee employee records, contracts, leave management, compliance documents, and payroll coordination with external partners.
  • Support international hiring with accurate documentation and jurisdictional best practices.
  • Track probation periods, promotions, and exits, ensuring complete documentation and transparent communication.


Performance & Culture

  • Design and execute quarterly performance review cycles in collaboration with team leads.
  • Drive company culture through engagement rituals, feedback loops, and morale-building initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update Radarblock’s HR handbook and internal policies in line with global and local best practices.


Conflict Resolution & Compliance

  • Serve as a trusted and neutral point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Manage grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure professional and discreet handling of issues.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all employment practices, including UAE and remote team regulations.


Leadership & Reporting

  • Partner closely with the founders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Deliver monthly HR dashboards on hiring, engagement, attrition, and key people metrics.
  • Develop scalable HR systems and SOPs to support Radarblock’s continued growth.


HR Operations & Team Management

  • Build and manage HR operational frameworks to drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Mentor junior HR associates, interns, or external partners as the team grows.
  • Implement employee lifecycle systems covering retention, succession planning, and career progression.


Requirements

  1. Minimum 4 years of full-time HR experience covering the full “hire-to-retire” cycle.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, or related field.
  3. Proven experience managing HR operations in remote-first or global environments.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, policy design, and performance management.
  5. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Comfortable working independently and building systems from scratch.


Preferred: Prior experience at a top-tier consulting or professional services firm (MBB, Big 4, or similar), with exposure to organizational design and HR advisory.
