As a Senior Visual Designer at Radarblock, a cutting-edge Web3 marketing and growth agency, your role will involve leading the creative execution of Radarblock's visual identity across client projects and internal initiatives. You will play a key role in owning end-to-end design delivery, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating directly with Creative Directors, Growth leads, and client teams to translate strategy into world-class design output. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the visual development of campaigns, branding, and digital experiences across multiple client accounts. - Translate strategic briefs into visually stunning, high-impact design concepts. - Maintain design excellence and consistency across all assets, from static visuals to motion and 3D design. - Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing structured feedback and creative direction. - Establish internal review processes and design quality standards across the team. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional quality. - Develop and implement innovative design solutions that elevate user engagement and storytelling impact. - Demonstrate expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. - Conduct trend analyses, competitor audits, and creative benchmarking to inform design strategies. - Prepare high-impact presentations and creative decks for internal reviews and client pitches. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in creative agencies, consulting firms, or high-growth startups. - Proven ability to lead design projects and manage creative teams. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and motion/3D work. - Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. - Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. - Deep curiosity about Web3, blockchain, and emerging tech. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments with a high degree of autonomy.
