Our holistic approach is a crafted process that combines every important step in creating meaningful product designs viz. Research (UXR), Product design (UX/UI), UX Writing, Illustrations (2D, 3D) and Motion design. What you'll do: Being in a lean UX/UI studio environment, you will manage many client-facing projects, understanding client needs and requirements. You will be working directly with the Design Director in decision-making for different projects that you would be managing. You will be briefing your team about the requirement, and using agile or hybrid project management methodologies to handle the teams and delegate tasks. You will be responsible for the timely and in-budget delivery of projects. You will be responsible for identifying internal and external risks and navigating your team through them. You will be constantly communicating and solving conflicts arising within the team and with stakeholders. You will be maintaining a Weekly/Monthly Project Status Report. Briefing and taking quotes from any freelancers appointed. Managing photo and video shoots, 3d and 2d illustration content creation. You’ll do everything in your capacity to meet the project’s goals and keep the project team on track to deliver on those goals. Your number one priority still remains to safeguard and achieve the strategic goals of Pineapple. You’ll get the opportunity to work on multiple internal and external projects where you get to guide the course of the studio towards its future goals. Job Requirements: At least 2-4 years of experience with a strong understanding of managing projects and being a client-facing. Preferably a background with a design agency or a product company Truly in love with managing projects and people. Excited about achieving project goals within timelines and budgets. Speak the right language to manage client relationships. Skilled at articulating ideas, problems, and solutions in a team environment. Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and reasoning skills. Have a deep understanding of website/eCommerce/app design, usability, architecture, frontend, backend, and functionality.

Thoroughly review resumes to identify key qualifications and experience. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and provide necessary information to both parties. Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process. Offer clear instructions, timely feedback, and answer any questions candidates may have. What you will need? A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required. 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar HR role. Proficiency with HR databases is essential for managing candidate information and recruitment processes efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and colleagues. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
