Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Visual & Interaction Designer with 10-20 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop visually appealing and interactive user interfaces for multiple products.
Apply interaction design patterns to solve complex workflows and enhance user experience.
Create prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Miro, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and provide practical feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems, including visual design, information hierarchy, layout, composition, iconography, and typography.
Communicate design thinking and user-centric problem-solving approach effectively.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to communicate design thinking and strong UX background with a user-centric approach.
Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) and the ability to provide practical feedback to Development teams.
Knowledge of motion graphics, movie editing, and/or interaction design is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in interaction design, industrial design, product design, service design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
Expert-level skills in prototyping and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Miro, Principle, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
