People Operations Oversee employee records, contracts, leaves, compliance documents, and payroll coordination with external partners. Support international hiring operations with proper documentation and jurisdictional best practices Track probation periods, role transitions, promotions, and terminations with clear documentation. Performance & Culture Build and execute quarterly performance review cycles in collaboration with functional leads. Drive company culture through consistent feedback loops, employee engagement rituals, and morale-building initiatives. Maintain Radarblock’s internal HR handbook and policies in alignment with legal and cultural best practices. Conflict Resolution & Compliance Act as a safe and neutral point of contact for employee concerns. Handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and support corrective actions with professionalism and discretion. Leadership & Reporting Partner closely with founders to align HR initiatives with business goals. Deliver monthly reports on hiring progress, employee engagement, attrition, and pending actions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of full-time HR experience in the Web3 or Web2 space. Degree in Human Resource Management, People Management, MHRM, or equivalent. Experience managing HR functions in remote-first environments. Deep understanding of recruitment, onboarding, policy writing, and performance management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working autonomously and setting up systems from scratch. You’ll be the creative force behind Radarblock’s short- and long-form video presence - capturing, editing, and producing high-impact content from global Web3 events as well as day-to-day internal and client campaigns. You’ll own the entire content lifecycle, from concept and filming to editing, publishing, and performance analysis, ensuring Radarblock’s storytelling remains sharp, fast, and on-brand. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works cross-functionally with our Growth, Design, and Community teams. Key Responsibilities Content Production & Filming Capture and produce short- and long-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube). Film interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and event highlights at major Web3 conferences such as ETHCC, Token2049, and Consensus. Manage all production logistics, including cameras, lighting, and audio setups (mobile and studio). Editing & Design Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping, story-driven clips with sharp hooks, tight pacing, and on-brand visuals. Design supporting creative assets such as thumbnails, carousels, and infographics aligned with Radarblock’s visual identity. Maintain organized project files and asset libraries in Figma and Google Drive. Collaboration & Brand Alignment Collaborate with the Growth and Design teams to amplify campaign reach and storytelling impact. Ensure all content aligns with Radarblock’s tone, brand voice, and marketing objectives. Document creative processes and help establish repeatable workflows for scalable content production. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience creating high-performing social video content. Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, editing style, and creativity (links required). Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut, and working knowledge of Photoshop or Canva. Skilled with camera, lighting, and audio setups (professional and mobile). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel internationally for filming and event coverage. Bonus Points: Experience with motion graphics, 3D animation, or live-streaming setups. Deep understanding of Web3 culture and ability to translate technical topics into engaging visual narratives.
