Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our BPO operations team. This role is key to driving engagement, performance, and employee experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to build a culture of trust, motivation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Partner with business and operations leaders to understand team dynamics and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. Provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and engagement to retention and growth. Act as the primary HR point of contact for BPO employees, addressing queries, grievances, and escalations effectively. Support managers with performance management, goal setting, and feedback discussions. Analyze attrition and workforce trends to design targeted retention interventions and people initiatives. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives , R&R programs, and team events to foster motivation and belonging. Support onboarding and role readiness for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Promote company culture, policies, and compliance awareness across all levels of the BPO function. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and implementation of HR programs. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years as an HRBP in a BPO or contact center environment. Proven experience in employee engagement, R&R, onboarding, and people operations. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and recommend actionable insights. About the role We're hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to build and lead this function from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you'll act as a tech evangelist driving product adoption through demos, walkthroughs, and technical support. You'll work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
