Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of employees.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
• Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related concerns.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes between employees while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and engagement.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, performance appraisals, and feedback.
• Support managers in providing coaching and development to team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off (PTO).
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compensation packages are competitive.
• Assess the training and development needs of employees.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Develop career development plans for high-potential employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Update and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Manage employee documentation and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare HR reports for senior management.
• Contribute to organizational development strategies to improve culture, performance, and employee retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong understanding of generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling & redressal.
• Proficiency in compliance management including labour laws adherence.
