Understand client requirements and share key insights with the Sales Head. Keep detailed records of all sales efforts and deliver regular performance reports. 4.Coordination with Sales Head: Partner with the Sales Head to align on sales strategies and priorities. Share updates on lead status, challenges, and client insights regularly. Contribute to the development of sales decks and promotional content. 5.CRM System Management: Keep CRM systems current with lead details, opportunities, and client communications. Actively follow up on assigned leads to support deal closures. 6.Optional Digital Marketing Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of digital marketing offerings like SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing to clearly explain services to clients.
