Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our Mumbai location. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and develop HR strategies to support organizational goals. The role includes implementing HR policies, addressing employee concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Managing performance appraisals and fostering a positive workplace culture are key aspects of this position.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team building
• Experience in HR policy implementation, compliance, and performance management
• Proficiency in training and professional development program coordination
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership in creating a positive workplace culture
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in HR is a plus)
• Previous experience in an HR management role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology field
