Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to join our team in kozhikode or bangalore . The HR Manager will oversee recruitment strategies, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee engagement, and professional development programs. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with policies, managing compensation and benefits, handling performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives is an integral aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Training and Development, and Performance Management
• Thorough understanding of HR policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Proficiency in HR Software and tools, as well as strong administrative and organizational skills
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification is a plus
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role in fast-paced environments, preferably in the construction or sports infrastructure sector
