Oversee Farason production assembly lines to maximize uptime, efficiency, and throughput. Direct and optimize filling operations (liquid, powder, or specialty filling lines), ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with specifications. Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, warehouse capacity, and customer requirements. Partner with engineering/maintenance to ensure preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of Farason automation and filling equipment. Lead production supervisors, line leads, and associates to achieve KPIs while maintaining high levels of safety and quality. Establish and manage KPIs: production throughput, on-time completion %, line uptime %, yield, error rates, and unit cost. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, and quality requirements. Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT to align production, automation, and filling capacity with overall distribution strategy. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 810+ years of production/operations management experience, with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role. Proven expertise managing automated production lines (Farason preferred) and filling operations. Strong background in ERP/WMS PP module system environments (SAP). Experience with packaging, labeling, filling, and value-added services in high volume DC or manufacturing environments. Demonstrated leadership of large production teams in fast-paced operations.
