Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive for our manufacturing unit in Bhestan, Surat. You will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, focusing on hiring factory staff and ensuring all government compliance (PF/ESIC) is handled accurately. This is a great role for someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Source and hire skilled/unskilled workers and office staff to meet production needs.
• Documentation: Maintain physical and digital employee files, including Aadhaar cards, bank details, and appointment letters.
• Compliance: Manage monthly PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC contributions and online portal updates.
• Attendance: Monitor daily worker attendance, overtime (OT) records, and leave management for payroll processing.
• Factory Administration: Ensure the shop floor follows basic safety and discipline protocols.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a factory or textile/manufacturing unit).
• Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/BA).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and the PF/ESIC online portals.
• Language: Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi to communicate effectively with workers.
• Proximity: Candidates living in or near Bhestan, Pandesara, or Udhna will be preferred.
