Role Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, Visiting corporate frenchise breanches and training programs while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing compliance with local labor regulations, managing payroll and benefits processes, and supporting management with performance evaluations. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve employee engagement, addressing workplace issues, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Strong HR operations knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to create and implement training and professional development programs. Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration. Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (such as SHRM or PHR) is preferred. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
