Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager is located in Ernakulam. The manager will handle daily HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, policy development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving employee concerns, and supporting company growth by fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• HR Management skills including recruitment, onboarding, and employee training
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR policies
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and performance management
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR management or similar roles is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams
